I’m Juliana, a graphic designer based in Virginia. Making art has been a passion of mine as long as I can remember. I loved to draw and paint, but in my first year of college, I realized what I really wanted to pursue was a career in graphic design. Looking back on my so-called “doodle pages”, these compilations of text, illustrations, and patterns assembled on a page, I think about how I have been unknowingly observing and replicating design since I was a kid. In 2024, I graduated from George Mason University with a BFA and a concentration in graphic design.
Humility is an important principle to me as a person, but especially as a designer. I aim to be a lifelong learner, exposing myself to what’s around me in order to gain knowledge and context to continuously inform my work.
